Wedding clients are the highest priority 

The photographer issues a very large number of wedding photo estimates. The clients will understand that only once a wedding photography estimate is accepted can serious work begins on a project drawing up ideas; brainstorming; detailed study of people, places and events to be shot; detailed analysis of client wishes, artistic and/or marketing balance and emphasis consideration; drafting initial wedding shot lists (to which of course there is always a considerable amount of improvisation in relation to people, places, situations, light, weather etc);  lighting and technical camera pre-planning; any serious planning meeting(s) and planning telcon(s) with clients. The photographer concentrating full attentions only on estimates accepted ensures the photographers’ full and best attentions for actual clients over and above all potential clients seeking estimates who become actual wedding clients if they so decide upon which they of course receive fullest and best attentions.
